Spotty Dog Computer Services (ABN 56 110 736 521) warrants that the Product/s is/are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the following periods:

1. Two (2) years in respect of parts and labour excluding those parts specified in paragraph two.

2. Twelve (12) months on Keyboards, Mouse, Speakers, Hard Drives, Monitors, Printers, Modems, Case Power Supplies and other peripherals not specified. Subject to the conditions of the warranty, if the product fails to operate for any reason within the warranty period, and the product is returned to the place of purchase at the purchaser’s expense, Spotty Dog Computer Services will repair or replace the unit free of charge. The above does not override manufacturer’s warranty.

Conditions Of Warranty

1. The product must be returned to Spotty Dog Computer Services with proof of purchase and this warranty.

2. The product must not have had it’s serial number sticker removed, defaced, changed or it’s casing opened.

3. Failure of the product must not be due to misuse, improper installation, or connection to the wrong voltage or other abuse occasioned by the purchaser.

4. Failure of the product due to power surges, lightning strikes etc are not covered by this warranty.

5. Spotty Dog Computer Services will not be responsible for damage or loss caused during the shipping of the unit.

Extent Of Warranty

1. This warranty does not extend to:

a) Incompatibility with peripheral devices other than those purchased from Spotty Dog Computer Services,

b) Incompatibility with software,

c) Damage arising out of any use or operation of the product outside of the physical electrical or environmental specifications of the product.

2. Apart from any warranties implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and or Part 2 of the Sale Of Goods Act (Qld), all other warranties express or implied and, whether arising by virtue of statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded. Repair of any product that is found to be faulty due to abuse, misuse or improper installation, by or on behalf of the purchaser, shall be charged to the purchaser at the vendor’s reasonable current hourly rate.

Conditions Of Refund Where:

1. The purchaser changes their mind in relation to a selection, or

2. The purchaser makes a wrong selection,

Then the purchaser will not be entitled to a refund.

Should the goods be faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown, or do not do what they are supposed to do, the purchaser is entitled to choose either:

1. A refund, or

2. An exchange, or

3. A credit with Spotty Dog Computer Services.
