I have a Home Theatre setup and it’s never really been setup correctly.
Can you guys come in and check it over and get it working properly?

Yeah we probably could, but it’s not the ideal situation.
If we supply the equipment we could guarantee it would be setup correctly.
But with an existing setup, we usually find that documentation is lacking or there is some other problem that prevents us from achieving the best result and this is probably why the person who originally installed it left it in the current state to start with.
My advice would be to contact the original installer and express your dissatisfaction and remind them that they are bound by the Australian Consumer Laws to provide a satisfactory outcome or provide a refund.
