Don’t you just hate it when your computer breaks down and you have to un-plug all those cables and drag it down to the local Computer Repair shop, then have to deal with some 17 year old “so called computer technician” that is just out of school with no real experience? Then when it’s repaired (usually about 2 weeks later), you have to go all the way back to the shop, pick up the computer, take it home and try and figure out where all the cables go.
Onsite Computer Repairs
Well now you don’t have to worry. We can provide an Onsite Computer Repair service and we can come to you. If it can’t be fixed immediately and we have to take the system away for repairs, we will return it to you and reconnect all the cables so you don’t have to worry about it. You will be dealing with a Computer Technician that has been involved in the Electronics and Computer/IT Industry for over 30 years.
In addition to our Onsite Computer Repair Service, we have recently introduced a new service, Remote PC Repair. In some instances, it may be possible to remotely repair your PC. We can remotely control your PC via the internet, which allows us to check settings, make changes etc without the need for a Home or onsite Visit. Of course if it is a hardware fault, this service will be unsuitable.
Other areas by arrangement.

My computer keeps freezing and won’t start sometimes.
Is this something you can come to my house to fix?
Hi Hugh.
In your case it sounds like you might have a faulty Hard Drive with Bad Sectors.
I would need to run a Diagnostic Test to determine if that’s the case.
If that is the fault, then a new Hard Drive would be required.
In these cases I attempt to “image” the old Hard Drive to the new one.
If that doesn’t work, then Windows needs to be reinstalled, all the Drivers reinstalled, all Software reinstalled, all Windows Updates downloaded and installed etc etc.
So you can see that this could be quite a time consuming job and on-site you are being charged at an hourly rate.
So my recommendation to you would be to drop it off at our office instead of attempting an on-site repair.
What do you charge to come out to the house?
I want to get my wireless network setup and I have a wireless printer too.
Hi Gene.
It depends on where you are.
Our Callout starts at $55 for places nearby (which includes the first hour), and increases the further away you are.
Give us a call to discuss.
