I took my computer to a shop in Morayfield, I won't name them. I was told that I needed a new motherboard, and the cost to repair would be around $500. Something didn't feel right, so I thought I'd get a second opinion and called Spotty Dog. Iain asked me to bring the computer in, and said it was most likely something very simple. He looked at the PC while I waited, in front of me, and removed the RAM, cleaned the contacts, replaced it, and low and behold, my computer was fixed. I thanked him and asked how much, and he replied "don't worry about it, I didn't really do anything". So not only did I save $500, I received immediate service at no charge. How great is that? I have continued to use Spotty Dog ever since. A+++read more

I needed a new PC for my family business, and I was just going to buy off the shelf at one of the big retail stores. But after talking with Spotty Dog, I decided to go with a custom built PC. For the first time ever, I had a computer come in for repair that had a faulty SSD Hard Drive. They consist a fast Memory, and a controller. So this makes SSD Hard Drives super fast, and importantly to this conversation, super reliable.
